Your team answers the same questions all day and never gets to sell

Monday, 10:15 a.m. At a language school the phone rings for the fourth time in half an hour. "How much is the English course?" "Are there afternoon classes?" "Is there still a place in the B2 group?" Meanwhile, six WhatsApp messages with similar questions are waiting.
The receptionist answers every one patiently. But the father who wanted to enrol his three children and asked to speak to someone has been waiting two hours for a call back.
Your team never stops all day. And still, the work that actually brings in money gets pushed to "when there's a moment".
Why it happens
In almost any service business, most enquiries repeat themselves: prices, opening hours, availability, payment options, where you are, what to bring. Each answer takes a minute, but together they eat up hours of every working day.
The problem is that these questions arrive mixed in with the important ones. In the inbox, "Are you open on Saturday?" and "I'd like the annual plan for my company" look exactly the same. They get handled in order of arrival, not by what they are worth.
The result: skilled people spending the day repeating answers, quotes that go out late and ready-to-buy customers who get tired of waiting.
What the research says
A study by Brynjolfsson, Li and Raymond, published by the NBER and the Quarterly Journal of Economics, looked at the work of 5,179 customer support agents. With an AI assistant, they resolved 14% more issues per hour. New employees improved even more: 34%. Customer satisfaction went up as well.
Our approach starts from the same idea: AI works alongside your team, not in its place.
What we do
We design an AI agent trained on your business information that handles your website chat, your email and WhatsApp. Its job has three parts:
- It handles the repetitive questions. It answers prices, hours, availability, bookings and common questions instantly, with your information and in your business's tone.
- It spots who wants to buy. It picks out the conversations with buying intent, asks for a name and phone number and passes them to you with what each customer needs.
- It flags when a person is needed. If a question should be seen by someone on your team, it hands it over with all the details. If it does not know an answer, it does not make one up.
Before it goes live, we test it with simulated customers who ask the hard questions, and you sign off. After that, we review the conversations every month and adjust whatever is needed.
What changes day to day
Back to the language school. The agent answers questions about prices and timetables in seconds, at any hour. The receptionist no longer jumps from one repeated question to the next: she gets an alert with the father of three, his phone number and the courses he is interested in. She calls him that same morning.
When someone on your team steps into a conversation, they already know who the customer is and what they want. Nobody starts from scratch.
And the time that used to go on answering the same things goes into what brings in money: closing sales, looking after the customer in front of you and getting quotes out on time.
